Mailboxes, Delivery and Key Pick Up

Owners who received confirmation emails that they have been assigned a box can pick up keys anytime starting Friday, July 11th 10:00 am. Keys are at the front desk, please bring your license to confirm identification. Two keys per address, not per person. Mail delivery will begin 7/16. Discard old keys.

Applications that were submitted after the assignment process was started will be part of the second round of box assignments, also beginning week of 7/16. You will receive an email confirming when you can pick up your key.

IMPORTANT

If you previously had a Waterville Estates mailbox, no further action is needed, your mail will automatically start delivering to your newly assigned box next week.

If you are new to the Waterville Estates mailboxes, you will need to fill out an RFP at the Post Office to begin receiving mail and deliveries, mail will NOT automatically start coming to your new box here. If you have a PO box at Campton and wish to cancel it, please do so at the Post Office.

Please note the mailing addresses for the new mailboxes go only by your WvE STREET ADDRESS. Do not use your box number to avoid delay or delivery interruptions.

Its vital that your email information is accurate in Townsquare as it’s the primary source of delivering owner notification.
